DIRK BIKKEMBERGS AT 38TH FLOOR

At the 38th floor of  the regional palace of Lombardia a cubist structure in mirrors was installed for menswear presentation for next spring/summer 2014.
This season it's all about contrast..Hamish Morrow, the new designer of the brand, maintenes the classical elements that made the label famous but revisited in a new way. The sports jackets are characterized by floral prints..metallic luminescences near opulent damask patterns recreated on trasparent organza..oversize volumes near fitted silhouettes..technical materials like nylon used for jackets in tailored shapes. A touch of 'glamour' for Bikkembergs sporty man!


Al 38° piano del palazzo della regione Lombardia una struttura cubista in specchi è stata installata per presentare la collezione uomo primavera/estate 2014.
Questa stagione è tutta basata sui contrasti..Hamish Morrow, il nuovo direttore creativo, mantiene i classici elementi che hanno reso famoso il brand rivisitandoli in una chiave nuova. La giacca sportiva viene caratterizazata da stampe floreali in colori sgargianti..luminescenze metalliche si affiancano a ricami damascati ricreati sull'organza trasparente..volumi oversize accanto a silhouettes aderenti..materiali tecnici come il nylon usati per giacche dal taglio sartoriale. Un tocco di 'glamour' per l'uomo bikkembergs!
